Along the north side of Lackawanna Ave, a team of six horses is pulling a long wagon holding an 8-ton girder.  One man is up on the wagon holding the reins; two men, one on each side, are walking on the street next to the lead horses.  The wagon was enroute to the New Wall Paper Co. at 116-20 N. Washington Ave., around the next corner. A touring car is parked at the curb in front of the Bronx Cafe, and three men are standing on the sidewalk..
