Scranton, PA, 1898 Directory

As an old library copy, along with poor rebinding by the original owner, some pages have damage.

The images can be viewed in three sizes, either individually or as a slide show. They have been divided into four sections to make the thumbnail page more manageable. Use the Table of Contents image below to find specific sections, other than the general directory listings. Ad pages that were inserted without page numbers have been put at the end of part four so image numbers match the page numbers. Note that the image names are the same for all three sizes, so pick the largest to save.

Part One of the 1898 Directory contains pages 1 to 216 - A to the very start of the letter G.

Part Two of the 1898 Directory contains pages 217 to 445 - G to the very start of the letter N

Part Three of the 1898 Directory contains pages 446 to 642 - N to the end (Z). Thank you to Norma Reese for providing the missing pages.

Part Four of the 1898 Directory contains pages 643 to 830. This contains the Business Directory, Ward Directory, and a Street and Block Directory (which lists occupants of buildings). And finally, the advertisements that had been inserted without page numbers. There is no page 703 or 704, but nothing is missing.
