PETITION in the matter of the Administration of the goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits of Frank Snell dec’d.  The Petition of Flora Snell respectfully showeth that Frank Snell late a resident of the City of Scranton, Lackawanna County and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, departed this life intestate on Sunday the 22nd day of February, A.D. 1931 at 4:30 o’clock P.M...That the said Frank Snell left surviving the following...Flora Snell, widow, Scranton Penna; Donald Snell, son, 38, Scranton Penna; Frank Snell Jr., 36, Scranton Penna.; Herbert Snell, Son, 28, Scranton Penna.  The said intestate was possessed of Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits to the value of $3,000, and of real estate (less encumbrance) to the value of $5,000, as near as can be ascertained, situated as follows 1509 Mulberry St., Scranton, Penna. (Dated March 6, 1931)


Be it remembered that I Flora R. Snell of Scranton in the county of Laka. and State of Pennsylvania... And to such estate as it hath pleased God to entrust to me, I dispose of the same as follows, viz: To my three sons I give equal shares of all I own at my death. (Will Book 88, p. 297, filed Aug. 24, 1950)


Know all men by these presents that I, Philipp Friederich Zizelmann of the City of Scranton…being of sound mind...do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament...in the manner following, that is to say:
FIRST: That I direct and charge my executor hereinafter named as well as my estate hereinafter disposed of, specially with the burial of my body in christian form but in a manner befitting of my circumstances in life and without any display whatever and if possible in Forest Hill Cemetery in the Borough of Dunmore in said county.
SECOND: As to all my worldly estate real, personal and mixed...I give and devise the same in equal shares to my three sons, Charles M., Frederick W., and Theodore F...the same to be divided between them in such manner as may be by them agreed upon,
THIRD: I hereby constitute and appoint my said son, Frederick W. Zizelmannn to be the executor of this my will.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of May A.D. one thousand nine hundred and one.
